Persimmon Hotel - Hsinchu City

I really liked the location of the hotel! It was super close to the train station, making it easy to explore the area. The traditional breakfast was a nice cultural touch that I enjoyed, and the bedding in my room was clean and fresh, so that was a plus!

On the flip side, the hotel definitely has its issues. The room was a bit run down, with old furnishings and a strange smell that lingered. I was also surprised by the lack of proper privacy in the bathroom, which could be awkward if you're sharing!

This hotel has an unbeatable location, just a short walk from the train station, making it ideal for travelers. Breakfast offers a taste of local culture and is quite decent, ensuring a good start to the day. The staff is attentive, responding quickly when I needed to change rooms due to an issue. The bedding is clean, and you can control the room temperature for added comfort.

The hotel has a convenient location, being near great shops and restaurants for those interested in enjoying the town area. it is situated extremely close to the train station, making transportation easy. Guests can marvel at the large bathroom and clean towels available in the rooms. breakfast is served and tastes good.

Though I will say, I did notice the hotel had one or two slightly dated features.

The breakfast was a good addition to my Easter vacation, and it was complimentary. the location was key- conveniently located near the train station. I loved the fact that there were a lot of shopping options for my girlfriend!

The room was not well-maintained. the wallpaper was looking very old and spooky, and the ceiling was creepily low.

Friendly staff and convenient location. The staff was very welcoming and helpful during my stay. They went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The location was also very convenient as it was close to transportation and shopping areas. the breakfast provided was delicious and gave me a good start to my day.

Room cleanliness and smoking odor. The room could have been cleaner, and there was a faint odor of cigarette smoke that was bothersome.

We loved the hotel's location as it was very near the railway station and the night market. The room was big, clean, and had good electrical lights. The hotel was quiet, which helped us sleep well at night. We enjoyed the good coffee machine and the free breakfast buffet with a variety of options. The staff were also very helpful.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Convenient location, good price, refurbished rooms, comfortable bed, clean towels.

Can't fault anything about it.
